Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Enjoy FREE UPS Standard Ground Shipping on orders over $120, unless another option is selected.

Order Status

To cancel or modify your order, contact us at **customers@deluc-official.com**. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible until the item is returned to us. In such cases, please refer to our return policy and return the item upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Please note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
