Shipping, Returns & Order Info

Order Status

To cancel or modify your order, contact us at customers@deluc-official.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible. If you no longer wish to keep the item, please refer to our Return Policy and return the item upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Updates

You'll receive automatic email updates as your order status changes:

  • An order confirmation once your order is received.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

You can also check your order status by logging into your Dèluc account.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.

Please note that shipping transit times begin only after an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Expedited shipping services, including UPS Next Day Air, apply once UPS receives the package and do not shorten order processing times. UPS Next Day Air delivery is based on the next business day after UPS takes possession of the shipment.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
