Returns and Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached. Return shipping is free within the U.S.

Products marked as Final Sale can not be exchanged or returned at any time.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

If you have returned an item, please give us 3 to 5 business days for your package to arrive at our warehouse and for us to process your return.

What is your exchange policy?

To process an exchange, please contact us and tell our team which item you desire. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once received.

I received an item that is damaged/defective, what should I do?

For items purchased directly from our website, if you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at....  with a photo of the damage as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!

Shipping:

My order tracking # isn’t working

Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed from the time the carrier receives the package.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.

Oh no! If the tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received it within 3 business days of its delivery date, please contact us.

Can I update my address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us within an hour of your order being placed.

Sizing and fit will vary between styles, however, you can refer to our size guide here as a general guide to compare the various size scales. 

Sale:

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked ‘final sale’ have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We are able to honor price adjustments to orders 24 hours after the order was placed.

My discount code isn't working?

Double check that the code you are entering is correct. Also, please keep in mind that some discount codes are not applicable during sales as prices are already marked down.
