Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note that sale or promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us first for approval. Once approved, send the item back to us. After receiving the original item, we’ll issue a refund, and you can place a new order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.
Shipping
- **Tracking Not Working?** Allow 1-2 days for updates.
- **Delivered but Not Received?** Contact us if the item isn’t received within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Contact us with any questions about sizing or fit before ordering.
Price Adjustments
We honor price adjustments within 24 hours of placing an order.
